Delivery

We deliver your order to the address or pick-up point you provide. At checkout you can choose from the delivery methods available in your country, and you will see the exact fee there before you pay.

Delivery methods

• Home delivery by courier
• Collection from a parcel point or parcel locker, where available

Delivery time

Orders are processed on working days; an order placed after working hours is processed on the next working day. The general delivery deadline is 1–4 working days from the order confirmation.

Order tracking

You can check the status of your order at any time in your profile, under your orders.

If you cannot accept the parcel

If the courier does not find you at home, they will make another delivery attempt. The costs of parcels that are not collected are governed by the Terms and Conditions.
