📩 How to modify or delete my order?

You can modify your order by logging into your profile. Go to your orders, then select the order you want to modify and click the "Manage" button. On the next page, select the "Order Management" option. You will find all available modifications on the interface you will receive.


(Please note that once your order has been processed, you will no longer be able to make changes, only after you have received your order)

📩 Can I modify my order?

You can modify your order in your profile as long as it has not been processed. If your order is in a processed state, you can no longer modify it. In this case, you can change the size, product or request a return after receiving your order.

🚛 How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Shipping takes place within 2-3 working days of receipt of the order. In case of pre-order, this time frame may change.

🤚🏻 Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you can return your purchase. You have 14 days to return your order without giving any reason. You can find the instructions for returns in the "Change and Return" section.

🔄 Is there a fee for returns?

Yes, there is a cost for returning the item. The cost is the same as the delivery fee.

💰 How and when will I receive a refund for the returned product?

Our brand strives to refund your money as quickly as possible. In most cases, we are able to refund the money within 7 business days of receiving the product. In extreme cases, it may take up to 14 business days.

🔄 The product is not suitable, how can I exchange it?

If the product is not suitable, you can find the return process under the menu item "Change and Return". You can then place a new order for the right product.

After sending back the products, we will refund you the amount within 14 days.

🚫 I have a problem with the product, where can I report it?

If you have any issues with any of the products, you can notify us by logging into your profile.

Log into your orders, then select the order containing the problematic product. Next, click on the "Manage" button, then choose the "Order Management" option on the following screen, and finally select the "Report a Complaint" option.

💳 How can I purchase a gift card?

Currently, unfortunately, there is no option available for purchasing gift cards or vouchers.

👤 How can I create my own profile?

If you have already placed an order on our website and provided your email address, the system automatically created a profile for you based on the provided email address. If you haven't placed an order on the website yet, you can create a profile under the "Registration" menu. Alternatively, after placing your first order, you will receive automatic registration, thus creating a profile where you can manage your orders.
