Wrong size, or not quite right after all? You handle everything in your profile, at your order, in a few clicks.
- 14 days to return it, from the day you receive it
- Size exchange at the same price, free return of the old item
- Money back once your parcel has arrived and been checked
How it works
- Log in with the e-mail address you used for your order. No need to register: we send you a code.
- Manage order Choose the order you received and the item you want to send back.
- Refund Ask for your money back and tell us why.
- Send the parcel The way you chose: the courier collects it, or you take it to a pickup point.

We deduct the return fee from the amount we refund. Prices include VAT.
Need another size?
We don’t offer exchanges: return the item for a refund and order the size you need again.
Ordering from Romania? You can exchange for another size under “Manage order” – returning the old item is free, you pay the delivery of the new parcel.
Refund
We refund the amount once your parcel has arrived and been checked.
Card payment Back to your card
You get it back on the card or payment method you paid with.
Cash on delivery Bank transfer
You give us your bank account number when you start the return, and we transfer it there.
Missed the 14 days?
If, for example, you were travelling and can only send it back later, you can request a late return under “Manage order”, with a short explanation. We review every request individually.
